Scope of Services Swastik Group Of Facility Services provides integrated facility management solutions including housekeeping, security services, manpower supply, technical maintenance, pest control, and property management. The exact scope of services will be clearly defined in the service agreement or work order signed by both parties. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to separate charges and written approval. 2. Service Agreement and Duration All services will be governed by a formal written contract specifying the duration, pricing structure, manpower deployment, responsibilities, and deliverables. Services will commence only after the agreement is signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Renewal or extension of services must be mutually agreed upon in writing. 3. Payment Terms Clients agree to make payments as per the terms outlined in the agreement. Invoices must be cleared within the specified due date. Late payments may attract interest charges or temporary suspension of services until outstanding dues are settled. All taxes and statutory charges applicable under law shall be borne by the client unless otherwise stated. 4. Client Obligations The client must provide safe working conditions, necessary utilities, and access to the premises to enable efficient service delivery. Any delay or disruption caused due to restricted access, non-cooperation, or unsafe conditions shall not be the responsibility of Swastik Group Of Facility Services. The client must also inform the company of any special requirements or risks in advance. 5. Employee Conduct and Replacement Our staff members are trained professionals expected to maintain discipline and professionalism. In case of any valid complaint regarding staff conduct or performance, the company will investigate and, if necessary, provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable time. 6. Liability and Damages Swastik Group Of Facility Services will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, the company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the limits specified in the agreement. Any claims must be reported immediately for review and resolution. 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all business information, operational data, and sensitive materials shared during the service period. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent. 8. Termination Policy Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all pending payments must be cleared promptly. 9. Amendments and Governing Law The company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. All agreements shall be governed by applicable local laws and regulations.
